Welcome to AURA. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to AURA. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Services" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 - ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Payment Method: We operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are entitled to inspect their package upon arrival to verify the contents before making payment to the courier representative.
Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion prior to fulfillment.

SECTION 2 - GUEST CHECKOUT & PRIVACY

Minimal Data Collection: We respect your privacy. Orders placed via guest checkout process only the essential shipping information needed for fulfillment.
No Retention: We do not retain, store, or sell guest user information for marketing or profile-building purposes.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

Product Representations: We strive to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Purchases are subject to our Return Policy. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proof of defects provided on the day of receipt via our Instagram page.

SECTION 5 - SHOPIFY HOSTING

Our store is hosted on Shopify, providing us with the e-commerce platform to serve you. By using our Services, you acknowledge that sales and transactions are executed directly between you and AURA.

المادة ١ - الطلبات والدفع

طريقة الدفع: نوفر خدمة الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام (COD).
المعاينة عند الاستلام: يحق للعميل معاينة الفحص الفوري للطرد والتأكد من مطابقة المنتجات للطلب قبل دفع المبلغ لمندوب الشحن.
قبول الطلب: تقديم الطلب يُعد عرضاً للشراء، ونحتفظ بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي طلب وفقاً لتقديرنا قبل الشحن.

المادة ٢ - خصوصية بيانات الزوار

أدنى حد من البيانات: نلتزم بحماية خصوصيتك؛ حيث تُجمع فقط بيانات الشحن الضرورية لإتمام الطلب للزوار (Guest Checkout).
عدم الاحتفاظ بالبيانات: لا نقوم بحفظ أو تتبع أو مشاركة بيانات الزوار لأغراض تسويقية أو ملفات تعريفية.

المادة ٣ - المنتجات والوفرة

عرض المنتجات: نبذل قصارى جهدنا لتعرض ألوان وتفاصيل المنتجات بدقة، وقد تختلف الألوان قليلاً بحسب شاشة جهازك.
التعديلات: نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار، المواصفات، أو إيقاف أي منتج في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

المادة ٤ - الإرجاع والاستبدال

تخضع المشتريات لـ سياسة الإرجاع الخاصة بنا. يجب تقديم الطلبات خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام مع تقديم إثبات وجود عيب في نفس يوم الاستلام عبر صفحتنا على الإنستغرام.
